The system won’t link to the Landmark website to allow me to draw the site boundary.

1. Please check that you have at least Internet Explorer Version 10 and Flash Player Version 18 installed.

In order to check which version of Flash you have installed, go to http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/

There is a link to update or install the latest version of Flash Player there.

2. Usually Internet Explorer will set up permissions to access the site for you. If you experience difficulty with the mapping steps, please check your trusted sites:

Error at the Mapping Stage

Our Data Provider has told us that: Up until a the release of the flood fill tool a few weeks ago the minimum version of Flash required was 9.0.124 (released by Adobe July 2007), when we released the flood fill tool the minimum version of Flash that is required changed to 10.3.183 (released by Adobe May 2011). If you are using a version older than 10.3 installed on your machine and when they are clicking through to get the latest version from Adobe they are being offered 11 which is the most recent version available and has just been released. Please install version10.3 installed onto your PC and you shouldn’t have any issues.

Chrome

The Mapping stage does NOT like Chrome please use Internet Explorer only.

How will I be invoiced for EnviroRisk Wizard?

Your company will be provided an itemised invoice for all EnviroRisk Wizard orders on a monthly basis. Our payment terms are included in our terms and conditions (hyperlink).

How long does an EnviroRisk Wizard take?

Our standard turnaround time is three working days from receipt of full order. We may be able to expedite certain orders in exceptional situations, but there may be an additional charge for this fast-turnaround service.

The system will not let me log in.

Please enter the Waterman-provided log-in and password into the log-in boxes when prompted. On your first log-in, the system will ask you to change your password to one that you remember.

If the system will not let you log in, please check that you are a registered user with Waterman (and not with a previous client-based system). You may need to contact your company Super User to verify this is the case.

I have forgotten my user name and/or password.

If you have forgotten your user name and/or password, please click on the "Forgotten Password" link, and details will be sent to your registered email address.

Why do we have individual user names and passwords now rather than one for the company?

Based on feedback from users, it was decided that individual user names and passwords provided increased security and transparency for cost control purposes.

What is a Super User?

Your company has at least one, likely two, Super Users. These are individuals who have greater access to the EnviroRisk Wizard system which allows them to add on and remove company users, change invoicing details and review their company’s use of the website.

If you do not know who your company Super Users are, please contact the Help Desk.

The boundary for the site is incorrect or has changed since I ordered my report.

Unfortunately, once you have drawn and confirmed the property boundary on the Landmark website, the order cannot be changed. If you require an amendment to the property boundary, you will have to order a new EnviroRisk Wizard report for the full price. Please make sure that the boundary is correct before proceeding with your order!

I don’t have all the information your system requires to complete the order.

EnviroRisk Wizard has certain mandatory data fields which are essential to ensure our assessment of risk is as accurate and commercially focused as possible. The system will save all steps completed in the wizard enabling you to pause your order part way through to allow you to gather additional mandatory information. Please note that your order will not be received by the Waterman system until the full order process is completed (i.e. paused orders will not be processed).

I can’t find a copy of an old report.

All your previous orders are stored within the EnviroRisk Wizard system. To access previous orders, please log in and use the search function.

My EnviroRisk Wizard Report makes recommendations. How do I deal with these?

Where a potentially unacceptable environmental risk is identified in our assessment, we will make recommendations to refine or mitigate this risk. If you would like to commission further works or just discuss our recommendations, please don’t hesitate to contact the Help Desk.
